• Send you updates about Nectryn's development and launch - why you joined the waitlist
• Notify you when early access or public access becomes available

We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than keeping you informed about Nectryn's development progress.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is securely stored in Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany), which is hosted in the EU and complies with GDPR requirements. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data according to these rules:

• Active waitlist members: Up to 2 years from signup, or until you unsubscribe
• After launch: If you become a customer, we'll keep your data according to our main Privacy Policy
• Unsubscribed users: We mark your email as unsubscribed but keep it to prevent re-adding you accidentally. You can request full deletion of your data at info@nectryn.com .

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct your data: Update your email or name if it's incorrect
• Delete your data: Request complete removal from our systems
• Unsubscribe: Stop receiving emails at any time (see unsubscribe link in every email)

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it to instantly stop receiving emails from us. You can also contact us at info@nectryn.com to unsubscribe manually.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our waitlist:

• Supabase: Database hosting (EU servers, GDPR compliant)
• Resend: Email delivery service (GDPR compliant)

These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function (email delivery) and are contractually bound to protect your data.

Cookies and Tracking

Our waitlist page uses minimal tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics that track you across websites. We may use basic analytics to understand page visits (anonymized data only).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify waitlist members by email. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
